اكتب من البريد المرتبط بحسابك إن أمكن، واذكر وصفًا واضحًا للمشكلة ونوع الجهاز وإصدار التطبيق. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق أو بيانات البطاقة أو وثيقة الهوية بالبريد.
للإبلاغ عن ملف أو رسالة، استخدم أداة الإبلاغ داخل التطبيق حتى يصل البلاغ إلى فريق المراجعة مع السياق اللازم. عند وجود خطر فوري تواصل مع الشرطة أو جهة الطوارئ المحلية.
حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف الحساب من إعدادات التطبيق، أو استخدام صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات.

For account access, technical issues, privacy requests, safety concerns or an appeal, email support@mathna.ae.
When possible, write from the email connected to your account and include a clear description, device model and app version. Never email your password, verification code, payment-card details or identity document.
Use the in-app reporting control for a profile or message so the moderation team receives the necessary context. Contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
You may delete your account in the app or use the account and data deletion page.
